That’s why I offer single visits for those seeking focused support without enrolling in a program.

  • These sessions include:

    • One hour 1:1 visit with Dr. Katy

    • Messaging with the admin team only (for scheduling and logistics)

    Please Note

    • Direct messaging with Dr. Katy, lab work, supplement discounts, and paperwork (like referrals or prior authorizations) are only included with Elemental Care programs.

    • These services are available à la carte for an additional fee.

    This option works well if you’re looking for focused support from time to time, without the need for ongoing access or a structured plan.
