• Schedule visits at intervals that work for you

Renewal Process

• We'll reach out about a month before your program's end date

• Review your care experience and goals for the coming year

• Choose to continue your current program or adjust your level of care

• Complete quick enrollment with no interruption in benefits

• Feel free to let us know your renewal decision any time

If You Don't Renew

• Program benefits (messaging, labs, discounts) end on your program's end date

• You have 6 months to use any remaining visits

• Schedule à la carte visits anytime after your program ends
