Supplements

  • Unopened, unexpired supplements may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

  • Opened or temperature-sensitive products are non-refundable, due to safety and storage concerns.

Lab Fees

  • Lab charges are processed after your sample is collected, either through a draw site or a home kit.

  • Once processed, lab fees are non-refundable, even if you choose not to continue care or review results.

Services

  • Services that have already been provided are non-refundable.

Care Packages

  • Prepaid care packages (like Elemental Health or Elemental Care) are eligible for partial refunds if canceled early.

  • An early cancellation fee of 15% will be applied, along with deductions for any services already used.

  • These packages are designed as a committed course of care. Please enroll only if you’re ready to engage with the full process.

  • In rare cases of serious illness or major life disruption, we may consider pausing or adjusting a package. This is handled case by case and is not guaranteed.
